Cricut put out a video on attaching text and images together, which included a hidden gem. It's a great tip on how to keep the integrity of image placement on your cutting mat. For those of you who like to cut one mat versus several this is a great tip. This process gives us back our control of the cutting mat. If you would like to see the video click on this link.
If you are limited on data here are views of the screens and written instructions. It is so simple, I wish I had seen this sooner.
As you can see all my images are placed on the mat where I would like them to be when I am ready to cut them out. Just use "select all" and then "attach" images.
Now your images are ready to be cut on one mat, just like they were in CCR. hen you press GO your images won't default to the page saving mode.
As you can see my cutting mat looks just like my image layout on my canvas. Now you can cut all your images just once. Place your paper like you want and that's all there is to it.
This is a great hidden tip. I am so glad we have the option to do this. It is so much simpler and when you save the file for later use, you don't have to repeat the steps.
Stay tuned, I will provide more tips in text form with pictures for those of you who can't watch all the videos that are put out. It seems in today's world videos are the way to go, but unfortunately I am limited on my data usage.
Till next time.
